Post subject: KA Grandfather Clock (Pricing Help Needed)
My parents have a King Arthur Grandfather Clock (Model T-315), that they purchased in 1985. My mother is interested in selling it, but we are unsure of what it is worth now.
It's original price was $3195. It's 7 ft in height, and is Ash with an Oak Finish. It's key wound and cable driven. We still have the original manal and information on the clock. It's in good condition.
We've been looking about, and ads we've see have shown KA clocks being sold for very little. We don't want to over-price and have no one interested; but we also don't want to underprice and lose money.

It certainly looks like a well made production clock. Most likely $500 is what you could expect to get in good working order.

I would search online auction sites such as E-bay and others. While you may not find this specific clock, you can probably find similar clocks (perhaps made by the same manufacturer) and establish a price from this point.

From about $500 to $13,000 and above is a range of prices for Howard Miller grandfather clocks. Save your heartache and time by determining a specific amount you want to spend for your Grandfather Clock.
