Hi!
I bought an old Kienzle Chronoquartz table clock yesterday at a flea market, without batteries.
I donīt know what batteries to put in it and it doesnīt say anywhere on the clock. I tried with AA 1.2V and it didnīt start. I donīt know if itīs broken or if I have the wrong batteries.

Can the movement take damage if I try with to high voltage batteries?

It looks like bigger batteries than AA could fit...

Anyone who can help me with this?

Thanks,
Johan

I will admit that it is hard to scale from the photos without some sort of reference to gauge against. Would it be possible to take a photo of the back of the clock with a "AA" battery to use as scale reference?
