Kundo 400 day won't run

I replaced the mainspring and it is wound almost fully . But , it will not start . If i push on an upper gear it will run when i push the pendulum spring , but stops when i stop pushing on the gear . All gears are in place and if it runs by pushing a top gear , why won't it run without any help ?
I had it fully apart and replaced all broken gears .

I have it and it doesn't help at all .

is is clean?
oiled?
is the suspension without kinks? bends? twisted?
is it in beat?
