Post subject: Looking for early 1970s non quartz battery movement clocks!
does anyone remember these clocks from the 70s they had a clear plastic movement and took a D sised battery, they had a little magnetic flywheel inside and they ticked like a mechanical clock. they were not quartz. The last time I saw one was in the 80s when we had one before my mom threw it out, and i'd really like to get my hands on another one, can someone PLEASE help me out?

I have an old clock with this type of movement, but it doesn't keep good time because one of the plastic gears (probably the hour one) inside is missing some teeth. The second hand has a sweep movement and it runs on a C battery. It's so quiet I have to put my ear right up to it to tell it's running. I'd love to find a replacement movement (or just parts), but haven't had any success either.
The case says:
BURWOOD
Germany
US PAT. 3 621 468
3 601 974
There's also a small +-5 sec adjustment screw on the back.
