Looking for information on a novelty clock

The clock I am looking for has a man drinking on the left hand side with his arm in motion. He is leaning on a building with a clock above his head and to the right is a lamp post that flickers with orange light. The scene is a building with windows, all in black or dark tones, except for the drinking man who is wearing gray pants and a brown jacket. The hands of the clock are exposed. Overall maybe 8 inches high.

If you've seen one or know about this clock, I'd be thrilled to learn about it. Ive been trying to find one for years!
