mantle clock

I have a LOLAR mantle clock. The mechanism inside is made by FHS made in Germany below the FHS emblem are the numbers 12 cm and 196.
Can anyone tell me anything about this clock? I would appreciate it.

The movement is definately a Hermle mechanical movement (as indicated by FHS). I am not certain what the 196 is, but the 12 cm could be indicative of the pendulum for the movement. I am not familair with LOLAR, but perhaps another forum patron might be...
