Post subject: Meiji clock I found, need info.
Hi, new here, just registered because I am looking for information on my this antique clock. It is made by Meiji. It looks to be very old. Unfortunately the clock does not work, it looks like it may be missing some pieces where I am assuming a pendulum would be and it is somewhat beat up.
I am hoping that some of you would be able to date the clock and tell me how much you think it would be worth. Also whats missing and a way to source the parts to fix it.
Thank you for any and all advice!

In regard to Meiji - An inernet search for "Meiji clocks" pulled up some info. It seems to be a Japanese clock conmpany that produced clocks from the late 1800's up through the 20th century.
I found this site, which had a picture of a clock - similar to yours - posted...
