Yep, that's right. I've searched the internet for days, trying to find at least a duplicate picture of this clock or other information about this clock. I have failed. You may not be able to classify it either.

it's a modified cuckoo clock.

Modified in what way? Mi-Ken made this clock themselves with the movement being made in Japan. It's not your traditional style of cuckoo clock, but has the workings of a cuckoo clock, if that's what you mean. However, its all original from the company.

The style says cuckoo clock, however they added some fancy iron work to the front.

Mi-Ken was most likely a very small japanese clock company. Still an interesting clock.

I'm not even sure if it's a cuckoo clock! Haha .. I've never been able to find this clock listed anywhere online. I've been told it could even be an Owl clock. The movement is fairly interesting as well.
