I am looking for two parts:
1) Lanshire electric movement, LaRose PN 812165 (1 7/8 hand shaft)

2) Hermle suspension unit LaRose PN 081140

you might find try www.timesavers.com . Lanshire clock movements were sold many years ago to a new company, and they do not appear to have that shaft length.
