I'm from Canada

I have a old mechanical anniversary clock, the dial with the brass ring, have 3 inch diameter (77 mm).

Looking at the photos, can you tell me who are the maker and the year of making of this clock ?

As you can see, there is at the base of the back, two elephants engraved.
