Hello to all, I am a new member and have joined this forum because I seem to be developing an interest in clocks in my old age. I have a couple of Smiths mantle clocks which I have enjoyed getting ticking again and have decided that it would be nice to re-case one of them into a case of my own making so I'm looking forward to that.
I do have a question; ultrasonic cleaners, I'm thinking of investing in one and want to get one which is big enough to immerse a whole movement and was thinking about this one: http://www.clockparts-uk.co.uk/contents/en-us/d2.html It's the top one I'm interested in, I would appreciate your thoughts.

Ok, sorry, I only found out today... not a good idea to clean a whole movement like that... take it apart instead. I'm learning though.
