The works on my old Coca Cola clock has died and as I tried to repair/take it apart I broke the hands.

Is there a place/site to order parts for an antique coca cola clock?

Thinking I can repair the hands is there a source to order new works?

Advertising clocks such as this were manufactured by other firms for the advertiser. Without knowing who made the clock or having more information about it, it isn't possible to recommend a source for replacement parts. Even then, depending on age, parts may not be available and the clock may have to be adapted to accomodate a replacement movement.
