Old New Haven running fast

Just bought a cast iron New haven it is picking up 6 min every hour. At this point it could out run a car. I have lowered the pendulum but still is running fast. It came with a Ingram bob could the weight be off to make it run quick? I am surprised by the movement quality, very nice. The chime arm strikes from the top and the adjustment for the speed is in the middle of the movement unlike my Sessions. It also has pat apd for stamped on it. How old is this thing. Thank you. So many questions. I'm a newbi. Sean
