I want to convert an electric outdoor dual face street clock to a battery operated hi torque movement with 10 inch hands. The clock should be resonably weather protect but will have temperature swings from 20 to 100 degrees as the seasons change. See any problems?

I would recommend #10084 (movement cover). Keep in mind that this cover only withstands temperatures between 23 degrees F and 122 degrees F, but it will provide a bit more protection for the movement against the elements. This cover should fit the High Torque movement as well.
