pendulum stops

I have a Janch movement in a wall clock (3 springs).
I can't get the pendulum to continue swinging. It only swings for 15-20 seconds then stops. If I remove the pendulum from the clock. the crutch arm swings freely and continues to operate.
I'VE CHECKED FOR VERTICLE AND THE BEAT. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS? Question

i would recommend a thorough inspection of the mechanism as it probably needs a service
