All i can tell is the movement (and maybe the clock) were made probably after 1850. Because i only repair clocks i can only guess the case could be made of marble/slate/onyx/granite or similar material.
I don't recall seeing one before but your best bet is trawling the internet for clues or a antiques dealer. Very nice clock though.
