Can someone please help me identify this clock. I was thinking it was French but i could be wrong. Any information will greatly help!

thanks, that clock does look very similar the only thing thats been a mystery is all of those clocks ive seen has roman numerals, mine has regular numbers. any idea why?

No reason why it could not be an Arabic dial, rather than the Roman dial. Some people prefer them, even the older Banjo clocks have both types of dials.
