Post subject: Plymouth (Seth Thomas?) model 4501 8 day mantel clock
Hi I have aquired a Plymouth model 4501 8 day mantel clock without a pendulum Would anyone have info on how to get the right pendulum for it? How might I determine the correct lengh/weight. Thanks Jeff

Is the pendulum rod missing or just the bob? Pendulum bobs made for Seth Thomas movements will work equally well on Plymouth clocks. e.g most clock supply houses stock a pendulum with an embossed design called "boy on a fence" which fits vintage Seth Thomas hour/half hour strike mantel clocks. These will also fit similar Plymouth movements.
