Searching for a person at Klockit capable of understanding and passing up the chain of command, serious complaints about Klockit products. I purchased a Savannah Kit (34665) a couple of months ago. I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. The so-called nails, (really brads) bent on application and were about the strength of toothpicks, the quality of the face was so inferior that it dented and scarred just at a slight touch. I had to return the main mechanism, with a pre-paid label--never arrived; the instructions were vague; poorly written and the polar indicators where nearly invisable, and upside down from the traditional. If your company continures to buy junk from China without any quality control you will eventually suffer losses. All in all, I was very disappointed. Remove my name from the catalog mailing list, and other than an email response to these comments, also take my email off your address list! I will not purchase any product from Klockit in the future. Paul - I am sorry to hear about your disappointment in your recent Klockit purchase. The Savannah has been a product that has been within the Klockit catalog for a very long time (over 12 years). In my own 12 years with the company as a kit technician, I have recieved very little complaints about it.
