Porcelain clock.

Hello All, I picked up a shell of an old porcelain clock & at an estate sale. It has the face but no hands or interworkings so it's just pretty much just a nick-nack. I was always curious about the manufacturer or history of it but until now had no forum to find out. I see no destinctive markings or stamp on it. Just a "58" stamped on the back center above where the workings should be. And on the lower right base there is the following mark in gold paint under the glaze

I know that this is just a shot in the dark,, but any suggestions on how to find out more about it would be greatly appreciated
