Question about automatic movement behavior

Hi Watchers,

I own a very nice watch with an SWISS ETA 2824 movement. The reason why the next question
is coming up is the fact that the common power reserve is about aprox. 12 hours(?), the timekeeping
is correct within aprox. 4-7 seconds per 24 hours.

Question:

If i wind the watch automatic just by moving it manual then i hear a ticking noise like every
round of the balance. Is that normal for this ETA movement?.

Sorry for my english. I dont have time to take a good look at the grammatical part of it.
