Looking for a quartz movement to replace a Tochigi Tokei movement #13004 6091K. Believe they were bought by Seiko some years ago. Must have a long shaft - 1 1/8", with a 3/8" diameter, Westminster chimes, night silencer and volume control. Case needs to be at least 1 1/4" deep to accommodate pendulum swing over inside wood frame of clock. Any resources?

Try searching #12241 (with 19" break-away pendulum stick and 2-3/4" diameter pendulum bob). There is also a version with a 3-1/2" pendulum bob (#12242), and a version for long cases (#12263 - with 25-1/8" length break-away pendulum stick). All pendulum sticks are "break-away" - so you can adjust them to whatever size you want (up to the maximum length of the pendulum stick) Note that the pendulum hook is only 1/2" from the movement front...

One other movement that could work would be 12250 (et al). The pendulum hook is located 5/8" from the movement front for a bit morew room. This movement, however, does not offer the auto night silence...

Joyce,
Did you ever find a good replacement for your Tochigi 13004 movement?
I also need a replacement and have tried the search that Chris mentioned in the reply to your post. I haven't had much luck with the search yet.

Can anyone help with another suggestion for a better search ?

Thanks in advance.

Kim
