Hi All,

We just inherited a custom built grandfather clock (an Emperor built during the 1970's).

The clock works and is in reasonably good shape. However, the wooden finial is missing. Emperor guessed that the cabinet was a model 120K, which is no longer in production, so does not have any replacements I can get.

Being unfamiliar with the clock, I don't really know what size finial I'll need. Are there any suggestions about good places to get finials, and is anyone familiar with this clock cabinet and the size of finial I'll need?

Thanks,

Sean

timesavers has some finial's

For size I would measure from the base of where the finial goes to the top of the arch. Most finials extend beyond the top of the arch.

If you can not find what you are looking for, I can make one or two for you.

Thanks for your help! I've been looking over the finials on timesavers and one of them should do the trick.

Thanks.
