seeking advice from clock mavens re: timers

Hi, all

I've spent hours googling as well as researching reviews hoping to find out info re: which appliance timer to buy for my air conditioners. Yet my indecision remains unresolved.

Note I want to avoid digital since they emit EMFs.

I'm undecided between:

My air conditioners are Frigidaire 5000 BTU window air conditioners in bedroom & kitchen, and I was planning on alternating each of them as follows:

on
next hour off
next hour on
next hour off
next hour on
(then off thru the nite, then on again)
