Very often complete self winding clocks as well as parts for them show up on eBay.
1) Dial glass should be available from clock parts suppliers.
2) Likewise reproduction or substitute dial pans should be available also. You may even be lucky enough to find an original. Condition will vary from seller to seller.
3) Escapement parts are another matter. Certainly original parts are no longer being made but perhaps someone may have what you require, salvaged from a movement.
4) Seen on eBay for sale are #6 shells which house (I think) a standard 'D' cell to run the movement, while still maintaining the appearance of the original cells. Also seen was a plug in power supply for use instead of the #6 cells.
I believe there is still a source for actual #6 cells but they are expensive.
5) The original pendulum bob was brass. Someone, for whatever reason must have painted the bob.
