I have a Seth Thomas Legacy-3W 1314 clock. The clock runs perfectly except that at 4:00, 5:00, and 6:00 it chimes one less chime than it should. For example, at 4:00 it will chime only 3 times. Every other hour of the day it chimes the proper number.

I just purchased it and the previous owner assures me that it was chiming correctly when he shipped it. Could something have happened during shipping to cause this? Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might fix it?
