Is this your clock (scroll down the Life magazine ad and refer to the "200 fifth prizes" box)? If this is the case, it looks as though your clock was made around the 50's or 60's. I could not find any value established, but many current day clock assemblies (post 1940) do not have a lot of value associated with them. That being said, I am far from any expert on clock assembly values. Feel free to consult with antique dealers and/or clock repairers for more possible info. You can post on the NAWCC website forum as well (although I would recommend also including a photo).
