I have an eight day bracket clock and the chimes are not the same as the time shown how do I alter the hour hand to show the correct time.

the hour hand is friction tight on the centre wheel.
gripping the hand as close to the centre as poss try moving it.
if it's too tight leave it for a professional - a minutes job.
