I hope you can please help.

I recently purchased a Hechinger W110.4 quartz westminster Chime movement for a small clock I have.

After a lot of trial and error I have managed to get the hour and minute hand to sync with correct time but the chime starts to chime 2 minutes too late, (the chimes are the correct number for the hour, at least that is right!).

Can you please advise how I can sychronise the chimes to chime exactly on the hour.

You may be able to gain some advice through Klockit Quartz movement technical support (1-800-556-6474).
