my quartz clock insists on chiming 2-3 minutes ahead of time displayed.i've fussed with it for two weeks with no luck at all. any suggestions as what to do?

If it is a Klockit movement, please give technical support a call (1-800-556-6474). There is a method that they may be able to suggest to help synchronize the chimes and time.
