I have lost the instructions for setting the chimes on my small wall clock that has a Tochigi Tokei quartz movement. I'm looking for a Tochigi web site or the instructions themselves.

Charles,
I have just had exactly the same problem & came to this forum. As it happens, I have just solved it too.

Set the hands to a couple of minutes in the future. Move the start/set knob to set. You are now at 12 o'clock in chime time. Adjust hours & minutes to the time you set on the hands, using the hours & minutes buttons, RHS is forward, LHS is back. These buttons will beep an acknowledgement each time you press them. Might be easier if you plan to set the clock to "on the hour", because as soon as you move the start/set knob to start, your chime time starts at the digital time that you have set with the buttons - if it's on the hour, then it will chime immediately & you'll know you have it correct.
