transparent toy clock

I have a transparent toy mechanical plastic clock. It is 8'' in diameter and colorful cogs are seen through the clear dial. It is missing the anchor of the escapement. I see on the bottom written: Fascinations EG6101.
Who makes this clock, and is it still being sold?
