Trying to fit movement to a old hubcap. Help please

I need a shaft 1.5" long or I need a movement no bigger than 1&3/8"x1&3/8" does anyone know where I can find such a animal? also it needs to suppot long hands. 16" Hubcap:)

Unfortunately they do not make such a clock movement. The smallest one they make is available on ebay 2 1/16" in diameter, but it will only drive small hands.

I have a lot of room in that hubcap (except at the top) how about something besides electric?
