Post subject: Unknown electric movement with moving magnet pendulum
Hello dear group members,
I have got an interesting electric movement of a wall- or table clock. It uses an magnetic moving coil drive (pic2_kl.jpg), but it seems to be build for an larger pendulum rod. The electric switch is different than the one, used at Bulle clocks. I have attached some pictures of this movement.
The pendulum has a suspension spring (Pic3_kl.jpg). I
think, it needs an additional pendulum rod with disk, which you can hang
into the hooks on the brass pendulum (Pic3_kl.jpg). The pendulum has an
additional weight on the top for fine regulation (Pic3_kl.jpg). The
electric switch (Pic1_kl.jpg) and the clock wheel is driven by a
special cam, which is connected to the pendulum. This moves the
V-shaped lever on pic Pic3_kl.jpg up and down.
Does anyone knows the manufacturer of this clock or maybe does someone have
additional informations, like informations about the origin cabinet and
the face of the clock or the complete pendulum? Unfortunately the former
owner has build this clock into a wrong and bad designed housing and he
has used a regulator face in front of the clockwork.
Best regards
