Unknown movement

I recently acquired a grandfather clock movement whose creator is unknown to me. It is stamped on the bottom of the back with the letters HJC centered between two series of numbers. The series of numbers on the left are 771073 and on the right are 221651. Could someone help me identify this piece, it appears to be in decent condition. thanks, ron
