I am looking for a Rack hook for this clock and also any info on it. Year etc.
Where can one buy spares for these clocks or is it back to the old way "make"?

You may have some difficulty in finding parts for Urgos movements since Urgos has been out of business for 10 or 15 years. It is unlikely that parts are still available. Hermle was reported to have bought the assets of the former Urgos firm and was going to resume production, but there has been little or no information since that announcement was made.
Some parts suppliers were providing a list of suitable movements from other manufacturers to replace Urgos movements. e.g. Hermle 350-020 was recommended as a replacement for Urgos 6/36, however the dial had to be replaced as well since the winding arbor holes did not align exactly.
You might try scanning eBay listings or advertise to see if someone might still have the parts you require.

I've since learned that some Urgos movements are, in fact, being manufactured but these are limited to 3 train floor clock movements. All other movements such as the 6/36A are considered obsolete and no parts are available.

Is there anywhere I could get a drawing or a picture of the Rack hook.

One procedure for obtaining parts for old or out-of-production clocks is to scan sites such as eBay where a similar movement is up for sale. Many times buying another movement strictly to cannibalize it for parts may be the only way to repair your clock.
