Urgos number 32325 hourly chime

My movement chimes from 1 to 7 am or pm just as it should. From 8 til 12, it chimes only 7 times each hour.

It's been consistent in this for over a week now. Prior to this, it chimed 1 through 12 just as it should.

What's going on! Please.
