On the backside of this clock there is a V and a E and also in the middle a bee (?)
QUESTION: What means V and E ? ? ?

I wonder if it could indicate Verge Escapement... Here is some info - Maybe it compares to your style movement?

I reckon it's the maker of the movement but don't recognise the logo and it's not in a book i have either.
Obviously french. If it has a countwheel it's an earlier model.

I have my doubt about Verge Escapement.
I have already tried a german forum, without result. Does somebody know other forums where I can try to find an answer?
