When do dancers dance in Black Forest clock?

I have a one day (3 320 gram weights) cuckoo clock that works fine, except that the 4 dancers on the circular platform do not move. The clock cuckoos and strikes on the hour and half hour.
When are the dancers supposed to move?
Sticker on back says "Der Frohliche Wanderer, Edelweiss, No 2708"

I believe that, after the movement cuckoos and strikes the hours at the top of every hour, the dancers should begin to twirl around (probably to the tune of Edelweiss). Understand that my knowedge is very general. Keep checking back, however, as we have a few patrons who are much more expereinced than I with cuckoos.
