Like the title says, I'm wondering which clocks are more common.

I realize that the answer may be affected by factors such as:
- clock type (wall, wrist watch, desk, floor, towers)
- time period (antique vs modern)
- culture (western vs eastern)

In general, though, which type is more common?

Answers based on your own experience as experts are appreciated, but I'm also curious what you think common everyday person would answer as well.

Based on customer orders, I would say that (generally speaking) the two handed clock is currently more popular (unless we are speaking about Atomic movements - where a third hand, or second sweep, is usually required). I guess most people are not too concerned with the seconds of any given day.
