I HAVE A ETHAN ALLEN FLOOR MODEL CORNWALL 41-3044. I HAVE A HARP AND 3 BRASS WEIGHTS ALSO THE FACE HAS THE MOON MOVEMENT. IT CHIMES PROPERLY ON THE HOUR BUT 9,10,11,12 HOUR IT GONGS 8 TIMES FOR EACH OF THESE HOURS. THAN BACK TO NORMAL AT 1-8. ALSO IT CHIMES AND GONGS 7 MINUTES TOO SOON.
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

sounds like something is bent behind the dial - take to a repairer
