Jim,

There is no certain sequence (that I am aware of) for any sort of order in which you would wind the movement. Our instructions recommend that the right key-wind (facing the assembly) is the best place to begin winding. This is the main melody arbor, and it is typically the hardest of the three to wind. The movement does feature an auto-stop mechanism for winding (so you do not have to worry about over-winding the movement).
